On June 27-28, 2018 PhD students Diana Nebeská and Jan Černý (both –UJEP) participated at the 18th International Scientific Conference „Social and Economic Development & Regional Policy – Adaptation of Post-Industrial Society to Global Changes- SEDER2018” which was organized at Usti nad Labem, Czech Republic. They presented the first results of research related to economic estimation of the phytotechnology process with miscanthus biomass production which are providing within NATO project by UJEP team. Specifically, on behalf of co-authors: Jan Černý, Diana Nebeská, Jiřina Jílková, Valentina Pidlisnyuk they introduced an oral report entitled „Economic model for optimization of Miscanthus x.giganteus production: introduction” and answered the several questions related to the model’s framework and overall project’s goals. While at the informal discussions during two-days conference the possibilities of cooperation with colleagues were overviewed as well.
