Dissemination the project results at the VII International conference “Selected Aspects of Integrated Environmental Management”, Zvolen, Slovak Republic
Young researcher Ing.Jan Cerny, member of UJEP team, participated in the VII International conference “Selected Aspects of Integrated Environmental Management – Culture and Environment” on October 10-11, 2019 in the Technical University, Zvolen, Slovak Republic. The event was organized by the Slovak Commission for UNESCO, Department of Ecology and Sustainable Development in cooperation with the Faculty of Ecology and Environmental Engineering TU Zvolen, Global Water Partnership Slovakia, Charmed Horison 2020 Project MSCA RISE and International Association of Hungarian Professors. The conference was under the auspices of the Ministry of the Environment of the Slovak Republic.
Ing. Jan Cerny led the section “Culture of Thinking, Behavior, Decision–Making and Acting in Environmental Care” and delivered a report “Legislation framework in the field of cultivation and processing in the second generation crops”. The report was based on results of his PhD research within the framework of NATO SPS MYP G 4687 project.
While at the event Ing.Cerny discussed with colleagues from Zvolen University including with prof. Laszlo Miklos, the founder of the UNESCO Department and former Minister of the Environment of the Slovak Republic, the directions of future cooperation in implementation of the integrated management of the natural resources
