Sub-workshops as substitution events of workshop 2 for end-users in Ukraine
Because of deterioration of the corona virus epidemic situation in Ukraine the Government of Ukraine adopted on July 22, 2020 Degree #641 “On establishment of quarantine and implementation of strong anti-epidemic actions at the territory of Ukraine with essential spreading of COVID-19 cause by corona virus SARS-CoV-2” which set a number of limitations to the professional events in the country. The quarantine was prolonged till December 31, 2020 by Decision of Ukrainian Government on October 13, 2020. This document called for stronger prevention measures, including prohibition of actions with more than 20 participants and recommendation to provide events at the open air if the weather permits so/use remote regime.
That was a motivation to split the earlier announced workshop 2 for Ukrainian end-users planned for December 4-5, 2020 in Kyiv for three smaller sub-workshops with less numbers of participants in each and to provide sub-workshops in different Ukrainian regions, using i.e. remote regime. Also these circumstances encouraged Ukrainian team members to provide workshops earlier announced before term using the suitable weather conditions in October-November, 2020.
