NULES students activity at NATO research site, Ukraine

Miscanthus x giganteus research site was established at NULES, Ukraine in order to study the impact of anthropogenic factors to long-term plant’s development. The plantation is constantly served by NULES undergraduate/graduate students for Bachelor and Master researches. On October 2, 2019 third year undergraduate students from the Faculty of Plant Protection and Biotechnologies, NULES led by Dr. Tetayna Stefanovska, NATO Partner Director, carried out general entomology outdoor class at that research site. Students learned how to sample green harvest of M. x giganteus. While sampling, the insect monitoring was provided as well.
